To assist post 9/11 Combat Infantry and Special Forces Veterans/service-members and First Responders,  heal, energize, increase awareness and build on inner strengths for the new battles faced at home.

Warriors At Rest provides a safe place to connect and heal from traumatic events incurred from combat and the stress of transitioning into what can be an unrecognizable civilian world.

W.A.R. (Warriors At Rest) believe in camaraderie and the bonds of serving our nation and its communities.   Disconnectedness is the biggest culprit in losing our warriors when they get home. W.A.R. strives to maintain connections and build on them.

Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward,  improving your quality of life within self, family and community. 

We  promise to be there for you every step of your journey.

To provide a neutral safe space with licensed/certified professionals in natural therapies such as :Trauma Focused-Equine Assisted Psychotherapy- Natural Lifemanship & EAGALA Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, BEMER-PEMF

Natural Nutrients,

Brain Health Coaching,

Veteran led trail ride or other regional/seasonal activities i.e. circle up around fire pit, on the porch or on the beach after dinner sharing the process. 

All cutting edge, researched,holistic approaches working synergistically to align mind, body, and spirit. 

This total alignment is aimed at self-regulation, strengthening connections and sharing the new story forward with a new plan of action.
